The President

 

The Fundación Andaluza Fondo de Formación y Empleo (Andalusian Foundation Fund for Training and Employment) is a public entity of the Regional Ministry of Employment. Its aim is to promote the sustainable growth of the Andalusian economy and the improvement of employability and qualifications of human capital, for which it prioritises in training as a guaranty for future and modernization of Andalusia.

The Foundation was created in 2003, and since then, it has developed its tasks from its social and public commitment, within the new productive model. These tasks consist in planning and developing training activities, implementing actions of professional guidance and placement, providing specialised technical assistance services, and collaborating in the promotion of stable and high quality jobs.

As a long-established organization with strong links to its territory, the Foundation pays special attention to the development of local industry. As a result, it continuously adapts its provision of training for employment to the new productive model guidelines, and it creates and promotes public-private cooperation networks.
